The product doesn't function. The chiller is advertised to lower water temperature to 37 degrees. After three hours of chilling, it wasn't able to reduce the temperature to below 65 degrees. When I contacted the company, they said that the product had been opened and therefore they would not honor their posted refund policy. This appears to be a predatory scam.
