after a few months my chiller stopped…
after a few months my chiller stopped working ,the screen went dark, i believe its the board but customer service sucks i have reached out but no replies back ..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a Nuvio chiller and it stopped…
I bought a Nuvio chiller and it stopped working after only a couple of months, and all 3 of my attempts to reach out to Nuvio Customer Service lead to no calls or emails back. Do not buy this product. Spend the extra $100 on a different chiller and save yourself the hassle in the future. Very dissapointed.

I was 7 days past the 30 day return on…
I was 7 days past the 30 day return on an unopened boxed and they refused to compromise on a return. I offered to cover shipping. Box was in perfect shape. totally unbending.

The chiller started leaking (pouring…
The chiller started leaking (pouring out water) 7 months after having it. It never recorded correct temperatures. Whe I reached out to them about the leak, magically at 6 months they stop guaranteeing their products. Even though their website says 1 year from delivery date. Customer service is awful. There are a ton of chillers out there. I wouldn’t recommend Nuvio at all.

Warning
Warning Do not buy this unit This unit has had issue with the temperature reading. I have attempted to get service for several months now. The unit temperature gauge climbed until an alarm sounded The one non automated response was not to use it. The still do not respond back with an actual human.

Device stopped working after 2 months
Device stopped working after 2 months. It never really achieved the 39 degree promised, but got cold enough to work. When my partner torn his hamstring, it was a great opportunity to use this to help with rehab. Sadly, it just died. The temperature gauge says it is getting colder, but an actual thermometer shows the water has not changed. The pump completed ceased up. Am so disappointed with this thing.

Awful customer service, all AI generated. I've sent several emails requesting return tags 2 days after receiving the product (30 day money back guarantee) and can't get anyone to respond. Unbelievable!! I don't recommend doing business with this company.

False Advertising
False Advertising, Poor Product, and Zero Customer Support I bought this product because it touted in its website “Try It Risk Free” and “30 Day Money Back Guarantee”. I tried it once. It was incredibly loud, took 4 hours to get the water from 60 degrees to 52 in my bathtub, and leaks at the port. I went to return it, and after 48 hours (there’s no phone number to call, only email address) they continue to simply send me the fine print of their return policy that only unopened products can be returned. How is one supposed to “try it risk free” without opening the box?!? Poor quality product with predatory marketing and sales tactics.
