When my order first arrived I was confused because it was missing one item. I reached out to support who were very happy to help me and they told me that the 2nd item would be arriving tomorrow in a separate package. Which was totally fine and I have since used the products and I have found them effective.

I'm loving my NUVIO red light bag. It arrived with everything needed to get started straight away, including the controller, power supply and instructions and safety glasses. Setup was incredibly simple just open the bag, plug it in, select your session time and LED mode and you're ready to go! The wraparound design ensures the light reaches all sides of your body simultaneously, making treatments both convenient and time efficient. The build quality feels excellent and the design is spacious. Zippers are sturdy, and the material feels premium. The bag has the combination of both red light and near-infrared light wavelengths. Which is what you need in a product like this. The bag is spacious and comfortable to lie in and i never feel restricted during a session. I can simply relax, listen to a podcast and let the treatment run its course. Overall its a fantastic product that fits seamlessly into my daily routine

The ordering process was simple. I received my order quickly( within 5 days)I ordered the red light bag which allows for front and back to receive red light treatment at the same time. It can also be used as 2 separate mats. To me it seemed like the best option. It is easy to set up. Directions are online. I did live chat and they were very helpful.

Aloha I recently purchased the Nuvio Mat product and absolutely love it. I was going to a Red Light salon for over 4 years and paying a lot for my sessions. Now I can do it from home. After just a few months of using my Mat daily I noticed a small area of lights that would flicker. I immediately contacted customer service and it did take a few days and back and forth with videos and photos. But they were super helpful and never made me feel like nothing was gonna be done. Super nice and professional. From the chat sessions to the emails back and forth. In the end after rough 1 week I was issued an email with a tracking number informing me a replacement Mat was on its way. Thank you very much. I love my red light (Nuvio)!

I was having a problem with my red light therapy face mask...unable to get it to work. Ossie was so helpful & patient in getting to the root of the problem, sending several text messages & suggesting i send in a video.After receiving my video the problem was spotted & I am now enjoying my Nuvio face mask!
