I could tell a difference in the inflammation body pain the first time using the Mat and when getting off the mat I honestly really felt slimmer.., Nuvio did a awesome job choosing the proper materials for the mat and mask… there both very well made! The price drop really made it much easier to afford! When I was doing some comparing with other mats I found out Nuvio is 3rd on the top 5 of the list… I thought that was pretty cool since the top two was way more expensive and I really am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone!

It’s been a great investment !! It works well in making the bath tub cold !! I ended up buying the pod , I’ll get that and use that to do plung !! It will be interesting to see how electric bill is after a month !! But it’s worked great first week

We love our Nuvio red light therapy bag. It’s made really well and super easy to use. We had a small issue with one of the timers and Ossy took care of the problem immediately. 5-stars for their customer service team. Always gets back quickly and has great communication. If you’re looking for red light products this company has been great to work with!

I had an issue with the top red light mat not working. I sent a video and Charlie promptly responded and sent a replacement. Everything is working great! Thank you for your expedient response!

super easy to set up, you just use the intuitive controller to set the time, brightness and any other settings (like steady lights, or flashing lights)

I would like to extend my gratitude to Nuvio customer support, Myleen to be specific. I received one part of an order which was a mask and did not receive the second part of my order, which was the red light therapy bag. I contacted customer support immediately the same day and was told they would look into the situation. Within 24 hours I received an email stating my red light therapy bag was being shipped.
