At first I loved it. But then it broke after only 30 days. I contacted Charlie from customer service who is useless. They offered 15% of the purchase to appease me. No offer to send a replacement or trouble shoot . The excuse is he is busy. Total bullshit. Think they got too big too fast. Don’t buy one.

Disappointed After Initial Performance The unit worked well for the first few months, but then it began taking 6–8 hours just to get cold—far from the quick cooling it originally promised. By month six, water started pouring out of the equipment. Thankfully, my wife caught it in time to prevent serious damage. I contacted customer support and even sent a video showing the issue, but because it was just past the six-month warranty, they refused to offer a replacement. Instead, they tried to upsell me on a new unit—something I found extremely frustrating and unprofessional. For a premium-priced product, I expected better reliability and customer care. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this based on my experience.

This company states full refund if not happy, I have been trying to get info on how to return this item ( glasses) and all they do is email me conditions to get my refund 1) what was wrong..2.. are you sure.. next email.. try this.. next email take a picture of the glasses like come on you will see the glasses when I return them then they say work out a picture no refund . They are crazy the glasses did not work for me. So if you are thinking about buying from these people be aware of all the hoops you have to jump through if you need to return any thing . Don't buy from this company you will regret it.

I just ordered the Nuvio chiller on Saturday the 28th of June. Never received any confirmation email or delivery date? Been reaching out to them by text, chat, and socials. No response. My card has been charged, just want my chiller. I have no order number either. Just pictures of my purchase. They text me I had typo in my email, sent correct one, still nothing from Nuvio. Please help!

made an order for a product on May 15th, 2025. There was an additional up sell quantity which i did not order on the actual receipt when it was emailed, which i disputed and got nowhere. Then i just check my credit card history and they have been billing me 49.99 USD per month.for some subscription to their store which i never subscribed to. I went to their website and call their support, which hangs up after a certain amount of time on hold. I will be advising the cridit card provider as well as the RCMP

Let's start with the product. I've seen some products advertised cooling in a few hours. For this one it was slow as heck and I had to do it overnight in order to have a cold plunge in the morning. And I don't mean a few hours overnight I mean a long hour of sleep overnight. It gets gets better, then the pump broke, and was told to provide videos of that to customer support which I did. They replaced it then the chiller itself broke and flooded my entire bathroom. On this issue I was asked by Nuvio again to flood my bathroom and had to send videos of the garbage device doing it. The needs little con about all of this is that I did not know the chiller would leak cuz the pump did not work and send water to the chiller. So the time it took to resolve the pump issue, coupled with a reluctancy on my own hard and having to flood my bathroom again, pushed it outside of the warranty. If you're thinking about buying a new chiller, I suggest doing what I'm doing, paying a little more for a product that isn't a piece of crap. It is slow as hell and will break. I bought the thing because they're supposed to be better than the cryopods and I thought I would save money but with the amount of time the thing actually lasted it would have been cheaper to go with a membership for cryopods. I have videos of these nightmares if anyone wants

This chiller isn’t worth the money. Ours failed to cool to the desired temperature after two months. It even gave a high temperature warning and started beeping uncontrollably. Seems dangerous to me. I immediately contacted customer service and was surprised at how responsive they were. But after months of back and forth with trouble shooting and videos demonstrating the problem, they emailed to tell me the 6-month warranty had run out. They strung me along for 4 months. After letting them know I would be reporting them to the FTC and BBB they offered to send me a new temperature probe. It looks completely different from the original part and surprise— it doesn’t work! UPDATE: Nuvio has agreed to send us a refurbished chiller.

Thought this was a great value when I initially purchased but only got 4 months of total use out of it before the cheap plastic internal water tank completely cracked along the circular seam. Reached out to customer service and they claimed they didn’t have my email my phone number or purchase order. I did supply all information, my credit card purchase date and my fedex tracking number and the purchase charge on my card. There is no phone number to call and customer service takes a long time to respond. Very frustrating overall experience and would not recommend this product.
