I have been extremely happy with my Nuvio chiller. I works well. The timer is very helpful as it can take a little while to cool. When I had a filter part break I contact costumer service and they sent me a replacement part. Very easy to work with.

I contacted customer support and after a couple of emails I had a new one in the mail. The email exchange was simple. They verified my purchase and requested pics/info on the controller.
