I purchased a red light therapy bag and fell in love with it. After a couple of months a few lights went out on the top mat and the next day 2/3 of the bottom mat went out. I contacted Nuvio and within a couple weeks I received a complete new bag! Thanks!!!

I think their customer service is excellent. I wrote to them as my mask did not seem to function as it was supposed to according to ithe instructions (my mask had green light, not red when I plugged it in). By the next day I had a comprehensive answer with explanation to my question. Then after I responded, I also got another response taking the interaction full circle. As for the products, I’ve only used the mask so far, but it is comfortable and easy to use. I had it on watching TV, and as I worked from home. I am very happy with the quality and speed of the ordering, product receipt, and customer service when there was a small issue that turned out to be my error. I will definitely continue purchasing from Nuvio in the future.

I love Nuvio's customer service and particularly Ossy, the representative that has helped me already three times replacing my pump and the power switch. I first started by chatting with the ai helper on their website which connected me with a live person via email (Ossy). The last two times that I have needed help I have emailed them directly and they have taken care of my issues very quickly. I love my chiller and could not live without it :)

When l received my red light cap l couldn't get it to work so l notified customer service & received a kind email from Ossy offering to help. In the meantime l was able to make the cap eventually work & notified Ossy that all was well. I appreciate the quick response & kindness.
