Once again, another reason to promote Nuvio...I am a month away from my warranty expiring, and my chiller pump went bad. I have been dealing with AR (their online support person), and he has been excellent and super responsive to deal with. To be honest, I have literally written less than 10 reviews in my entire life, but this time I really felt like they deserved it. Not only am I happy with their warranty support, but the way. Nuvio handled it all was super impressive. That and I love the cold plunge, as it works well for me.

I had a row of LEDs go out on my original unit, likely due to the stretching I do on it. I submitted a warranty claim with their customer support, they instantly processed it, they just requested a photo of the issue and then a replacement unit arrived with me within about 2 days

I just wanted to say that Nuvio has excellent customer service. They replied within a day of my email to them with a problem I had. They explained why they could not resolve my problem 100% but they offered to help as much as they could. They did what they said they would do and I am satisfied. Again , Their customer service was top notch!
