Day 3 dinner (risotto) did not contain all the ingredients. The package was missing the onion and the parsley. I was super discouraged.

The lunch and dinner tasted great. Day 2 the salad dressing, Nicoyan Black Rice and Mung Bean salad, was very salty. I wish I didn’t put the dressing all over the salad as it became so salty with each bite. I never tried the muffin because it grew mold all over. The recipes are great but packaging of foods could be better to preserve the freshness. Day 1 meal I was missing a carrot and mircrogreens as well.

I have so enjoyed all the various meals provided by N4L. Directions to fix are easy and fun to prepare. I love how they pair so many different textures and flavors to create exciting new meals that are healthy and nutritious while still being tasty. Makes eating healthy so much easier and more interesting
