I love the flavors, the fresh ingredients, and how I don’t have to think about the meals or do any planning at all. Shipping is great, customer service is so easy and efficient through email or phone. The only reason I didn’t do a 5th star is I wish there was a little bit of options in meal choices or at least the ability to not include a certain meal if it’s not my taste preference.

The food is nicely packaged and shipped. It's very fresh. Customer service has been helpful. The food itself has been a little hit and miss. The majority of it has been quite tasty. Some of it lacks seasoning, even salt. Overall, l have enjoyed the meals and would recommend them.

For the most part, we loved these meals! Easy to prepare and serve and the portions were perfect! Also, they were very fresh - the salads were delicious! I have a couple suggestions - we like well seasoned/spicy food - could that be an option when ordering to choose a spice level? Also, I thought the tortilla chips should be in a separate container to be put on the entree right before eating. I would have preferred that to having soggy chips.

I have received (2) separate deliveries, each 5 days of food. I ordered the pescatarian option, not plant-based. The first delivery included too many beans and not enough fish for my liking, so I was not really interested in ordering again. Then I began to see several fish options being shown on Instagram, so thought I'd give it another chance. This second delivery also had a lot of beans in the entrees, but they did include some fish. I ordered a third time, which will deliver this coming week. I hope that there is more fish the 3rd time. The food was tasty and filling. I loved the breakfast entrees, as I'm not really a breakfast eater, but I looked forward to these. Only suggestions are then, less beans and an option for lower than 1600cals per day. I'm trying to lose weight after each ProLon fast, and need my incoming calories lower.

Meal delicious But one meal was Broken upon arrival and the sauce for the one meal was all over the package. Great customer service. They refunded the one meal Food really delicious. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for poor packaging.

I like the prepared meals for lunch and the meals with some prep for dinner. The produce has been fresh and my box arrives with the meals cold. The snacks are good—energy bites. I wish they would remove the hemp from the oatmeal and smoothies. I don’t feel the added protein is necessary and it adds a strange taste. I wish it was packaged separately so I can remove it. I would prefer ground flax (rich in omega 3s) in my oatmeal and smoothies. Customer service has been quick to address my concerns.

Service including customer service is great. Would greatly prefer more sustainable packaging materials as opposed to hard plastic
