I LOVE Nutrition For Longevity!!! I have tried a number of food service deliveries, but Nutrition For Longevity ranks leaps and bounds above the others. Nothing compares to Nutrition For Longevity!! The food is fresh, and it tastes AMAZING. The dinners are easy to prepare, and the lunches are ready-to-eat. I also love that they are single-serve and are filled with flavors and vegetables that I might not have readily tried or had access to before. I no longer have sugar cravings, and I feel satisfied after eating one of their meals. I'm vegan, and getting enough protein was a challenge for me. The Nutrition For Longevity meals always have the right amount protein that I need and I automatically hit my macros with their meals. No more counting calories and spending time mapping out macros. Plus, the free consult with the Nutrition For Longevity nutritionist is a wonderful perk! DEFINITELY worth the investment, and I actually save money using their food service as opposed to going to the grocery store.

Wonderful fresh beautiful food .A jump start into healthier eating.

I was so excited to find this meal service plan but the reality didn't quite match my expectations. The most disappointing aspect was the packaging. I had read that the materials used were compostable but mine all came in standard plastic. While this is recyclable, it is still plastic and was not as advertised. The package also was not very cold once it arrived, but being only vegetarian, I'm not sure this is a big issue. I would be willing to try again if the packaging changes, but until then, I can't support the waste (which is a problem with all meal delivery plans unfortunately). The food was tasty and again, love the idea behind the company.

This is fine tasting food. We’re very satisfied with the portions, taste and look of the salads and dinners. We have noticed on our first delivery that the lettuce in the salads starts to go in three days. It got mushy and turned black on the edges. We’ll watch next week. 😉

My meals were all really good. I thought the dinners were creative and different enough. I was a little disappointing in the breakfast. I guess I didn't realize it was basically oatmeal and protein shake, but other than that I really liked it. Also, I'm not a huge fan of the fish with the skin still on, but that's just a personal opinion. I will likely try the lunch/ dinner option next time and get it for me and my husband.
