Loved the simplicity of it, but didn't care for the tamari dressing.

Fast delivery and great food! This type of service is great to keep me on track to eating better for my health and body.

I was so impressed with the quality of the food and the flavor of the recipes. I’m a fan.

Service was great and coffee was the highest of quality.

Delicious clean, fresh meals. Easy and quick to prepare.

I am always so pleased when I do the 5 day Prolon Program. Whether I need to re-start my weigh loss program, give my body a rest or just feel a better overall sense of wellness.....Prolon is my go-to program. The food is delicious, there is no feeling of being deprived and I am such a Prolon fan and lover that I incorporate the product into my health coaching business when appropriate! Thanks Prolon for developing a fantastic program.

I really enjoyed my salmon dish and didn’t have any issues with freshness but the mushroom dish was smelly and slimy and I had to throw it away :/ Also the hummus that was sent was rancid, it must have gone bad somehow. A friend and I went to eat it with the pita chips you sent on the first day it was delivered and it tasted terrible like it had gone bad. I will try another week incase that’s a fluke? I’m worried the box isn’t refrigerated enough and the produce cannot breathe.

The Nutrition for Longevity ordering process was seamless, selecting shipping dates and the shipping process was so simple and flawless and the package arrived on the date expected with beautiful presentation.
