I love this idea. I ordered the pescatarian starter kit. My first concern was how long it was in transit. I received the package around 3pm after it was out for delivery since 7am and on a plane overnight from the opposite coast. As someone who knows very little about food and food safety, I was skeptical of this. It wasn't as cold as I would have liked when I got it. There were conflicting instructions in the pamphlet vs on the packaging of the fish or even inside the wrapping of the fish. As an example, the pamphlet said to put the fish in the fridge when you receive them and then the next night the fish said to keep it frozen until just before cooking it. There were also slightly different timing and temperatures in the pamphlet vs on the fish packaging. This is probably ok for more experienced cooks, but a little uncomfortable for me. The dinners took me a little longer than advertised to cook. It was a good educational experience for me, however, I do not think I will continue this service. Partly because I don't think it makes sense for me to have food shipped across the country. Customer service was great. The first delivery didn't show up and they shipped me another the next week

Excellent food choices ..I may come back...just have to try s few others and can't do more than one at a time!

I think the shipping took too long because the ice packs were almost completely melted which made me nervous about eating the fish - it is still in my freezer. Also the salad leaves were wilted - I'm better off going to my local farmer's market. The idea was great, but the execution was not.

I’ve only unboxed the contents. I’m on Day 3 of the ProLon Fasting Mimicking Diet. currently. I can’t wait to try these meals they look amazing!!!

I have been very pleased with Nutrition for Longevity. I know that I cannot locally buy the quality and variety of organic food that they offer. I also don’t have to buy more than I need to make a meal since it is portioned for the exact amount for the recipe. We have never had to add extra spices since the fresh produce is so sweet and flavorful with just salt. The service has always been wonderful. We rarely have any problem at all, but the time that that a three day order of fish servings was left out, we were quickly monetarily reimbursed. I love knowing that my family’s phytonutrients and general nutrition is expertly balanced at least 3 days a week.

The food was honestly very delicious and the recipes easy to make with minimal clean up. The only reason for 4 stars is they left out rice for one dinner and oregano for another dinner, neither of which were deal breakers for the meals. I had the vegan option and I can't wait to try the pescatarian.

I loved it. The food was fresh and the dinners were easy to make.

Ingredients were missing, others misidentified In the recipes, greens wilted by the end of the day they were delivered. Nothing was as advertised.
