Bait and switch of products. Poor quality food. Products contain Hemp and were not clearly marked as containing it. 1/3 of order had to be thrown out. Poor customer service. This was my first order. Subscription was cancelled immediately.

I am really enjoying my subscription meal service. I gave you 4 stars instead of 5 because in the last two shipments, items were left out or packed incorrectly. The box today arrived and was supposed to have shrimp but instead included two servings of redfish. Redfish didn't really go with the recipe. It also called for Cilantro, which wasn't included either.

Very expensive for what you get, and microgreens were spoiled. I also think they sent very little fish. I requested for two people and there was only one package of fish and was not much, not sure if the package was for 2 or they just missed, because everything else came for 2 people. Explanation of the recipes not very clear, if needed to be chopped ?? Taste was ok, nothing delicious. I have tried Sunbasket and even if I ask for the wild caught is not that expensive

Blown away by your customer service. During the quarantine with everything happening online/remotely, I've had much more engagement with various company's customer service and I have to say yours is just outstanding. Friendly and kind, helpful and clear, responsive and efficient. Very impressed and glad to do business with such a solid company.

I am almost through my first order. They taste delicious. I appreciate that the lunches are ready to eat and the dinners take very little time to prepare. My only complaint would be in the dinners I am consistently missing a vegetable. In yesterday’s dinner I had been given cabbage (not in the recipe) and was missing kale (in the recipe). The day before I was missing carrot for a stew. Otherwise this is a great service!

Love the freshness and super healthy and tasty food. I have tried 4 other food services and I finally found a service that has FRESH organic vegan food vs. frozen mushy selections. The serving sizes are also very generous and I am never hungry afterwards. Every meal has been very tasty so far! LOVE

The food was good and customer service is EXCELLENT! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the content of my package was cool not really cold. The nice, reusable ice packs were completely thawed so if the package (contents) had been exposed to heat much longer, the meals would not have been edible. The fresh humus was something I had to throw out within 1 day of receiving my package. However I will continue to order for at least the next month and maybe two because the meals are really good and prep is easy, fast, convenient!
