My order came in yesterday. It was hot. Ice packs were melted and I left a message last night and an email this morning. I have heard nothing back. I hope to be reimbursed. I had ordered fish and I know that no one could eat it. I am disappointed because I would really like to try the product but it needs to be packed so much better than it was.

My order shipped incorrectly
My order shipped incorrectly. The agent resolved the issue, but then the next order was also incorrect.

Quality was not good
Quality was not good. Most of the products were not fresh anymore. I had to throw away a lot, because it was already bad. The salad with ramen noodles was very tasteless. I was expecting better quality.

Overall Great
Overall great. Needed some more flavor and option of different salad greens (like butter lettuce). I LOVE the convenience and laid out guide. Helps me, since I’m terrible at meal planning.

Most of the food was old
Most of the food was old! Mushy and beans were slimy. Not fresh and portions were extremely small. The hummus was fizzy and not eatable.
I would never order it again or recommend this.
I did email them, no response. Very disappointed!

Food quality was excellent
Food quality was excellent, flavors good. I order from many prepared healthy food companies and I highly recommend this company. Shipping process could improve, package not marked as perishable and Fedex left it in direct sun. I will order again after summer.

Very confusing
I was home when my first shipment arrived. The temperature in Houston was probably up around 100, but order was on my porch only a few minutes. However, the box and contents were quite wet. In fact the card board literally fell apart when I tried to pick up the box. Everything inside was wet, although the fish seemed to still be cold. However, I could find no instructions of any type in the box and was quite confused as to what I was unpacking. Customer service was able to e-mail me the week's booklet. However, my saiad for day one looked nothing like the picture. It was supposed to contain some type of noodles, but it looked more like ricotta cheese spread across the bottom. Did my noodles disintegrate? I liked the first nights dinner and the second day's lunch. However, I did not care for the cod risotto recipe. The instructions said to dice the acorn squash, which was extremely difficult to do. Also, the instructions did not say what to do with the skin, which seemed to be quite tough. I attempted to peel it. I made the risotto as instructed, but did not care for it at all. In hindsight I should have just baked the acorn squash and sautéed the kale, onion and garlic in olive oil. I like both of these foods, but not in a risotto. Day 3's said was ok. Since I am not very good about eating vegetables I was looking forward to a variety. However, all three lunch salads were basically just assorted lettuces with a few extras like a few cherry tomatoes. The first night's dinner just had 2 mini bell peppers and a chunk of onion. I did feel better eating the food, but not too crazy about the dinner recipes. I previously ordered Home Chef and their instructions for preparing fish were much tastier than the instructions to just bake it with some water.

The quality of the food is…
The quality of the food is exceptional--without question the vegetables were of the highest quality, literally as if they were picked an hour before the package shipped. Incredible. Fish quality was fantastic as well 5 Stars for food quality. Many of our individual meals were mislabeled, so on 2 of the 3 nights of dinner, we were prepping the wrong food, which by the time we realized, we had already gone too far to turn back--that was a bummer. Additionally, the brochure/cookbook and the instructions on the food itself were conflicting. The recipe book says to cook the fish at 325 for one amount of time and the packaging would say to cook at 400 for a different amount of time--which was really confusing--and sadly, the one call made to support to ask didn't get returned. It was unclear with the oatmeal that it was 3 servings per container - when everything else was really 1 serving per container. And, again, once you started cooking the whole thing it meant that you ate too much and didn't have enough for the 3rd day. Overall, given the challenges with the mislabeled meals, conflicting instrutions--and the price. Around $240.00 for two servings of 3 meals for 3 days--it would cost around $2500.00 a month to cover your food this way which I think is a bit expensive--and then you factor in no support... I'm not sure. I think once the deliverables are in order and some of these kinks get ironed out - it might be better.
