I am very grateful for what you do and appreciate the philosophy behind your work. I have realized that being in California I can find excellent produce and for this reason I decided that its easier for me to buy them here! Thank you!

1. White rice in Nutrition for Longevity? Really? 2. More diverse offerings for breakfast, please!
Response from NutritionforlongevitySep 22, 2020
Thank you for your review Moshe! Our meal kits are inspired by the Longevity Regions where items like white rice are staples in the diet! The Longevity Regions are areas in the world where people have been known to live the longest. The science behind our meal kits is supported by Dr. Valter Longo's 30 years and $100 million in research!

While the concept is great, I found that some of the produce wasn’t entirely fresh and the recipes were a bit bland. However, this could be due to how many diet restrictions I have as well. I cancelled service and was still charged with a shipment on the way. :(

Eat Like a Centenarian and ensure your grandchildren don’t have a stable planet to inhabit. Each meal is packaged in 8.5x8x3in plastic container with plenty of wasteful air space, requiring bigger shipping boxes and more CO2 wasted in shipping. I took a picture to show you the horrid packaging.. but I can’t post images here. The food could have more flavor, I gave it two stars because the fish is the best fish I have ever tasted. Ironically enough the fish has traceability information on the packaging, you would think a company that cares about its supply chain would also consider the end of life (waste) it’s product generates... I will be switching back to Sun Basket. It is one of the most sustainable meal delivery services and all of its food tastes like it is out of a restaurant AND it gives you options to customize your weekly menu AND you more food for the money AND it is all organic. OH and Nutrition for Longevity messed up my order and double charged and delivered 2 boxes to me the first time and my initial customer service experience was horrible. I do not recommend this company.

Excellent meal plan with delicious food. I've already had better health from the phytonutrient nutrition only this service provides. The company also packages to ensure recycling and minimal carbon footprint.

Thank you, Marissa! If it is not healthy and natural, it is not from Nutrition for Longevity!

The guidance on what you are supposed to eat is vey unclear. I still haven't figured out which snacks you are supposed to eat each day. Some of the portions are doubled because we ordered two sets of the meals, but they are not labeled as double portions anywhere. I don't think I received the correct snacks, but I still haven't heard back from customer service on how they fit together. Very frustrating.
