Love this company for creating a simple and easy to follow meal plan. It make it super easy for those with busy life’s to still maintain a nutritious, healing lifestyle!! Can’t say enough about how important it is to get quality, nutrient dense food that is ethically sourced!! And- at first I was freaked out because it arrived in a huge box, but when I saw that everything was easily recycled including the ice packs- I was thrilled! Only suggestion would be able to mix the meal plan between pescatarian and vegan for a weeks meals. Ex: 2 vegan, 1 pescatarian. 😊 (Maybe there is and I haven’t figured it out). Also maybe an option to omit the olive oil if we have it! Great job!!

I loved their concept. The quality of the food is great! It tastes very good! But i ordered the 1600kcal meal plan ,2 meals a day so no breakfast , and I received 2 meals (lunch and dinner) of 400kcal each. First , That's not a meal, second, that's 800kcal total. It was wait too small. So I either misunderstood completely the information on their website or the menu pictures are just illustrative and they don't show the real thing. I am a little disappointed.

Food was packaged very well and stayed cold when it arrived. I am not a big fan of salads, however loved the lunch salad. It was very yummy. I like that the meals have calorie counts. So far very impressed. Still have to get to the dinner box.

The food started to turn sour and acid on day 3, especially the dinners. I didn’t feel it was fresh for that long. I wasn’t able to eat them and had to toss them out. I also received my package and my day 6 dinner was open and splattered all over.

This is seriously the best food. It’s so fresh and now that you all offer premade meals it’s even more convenient! And I’ve tried a lot of meal planning food companies and food tastes so good, and it’s recipes I wouldn’t have time to make myself. I’m finding myself looking forward to meals again as a busy mom I don’t have to eat what my kids eat anymore. Thank you!!
