Excellent customer service

Delivered on time. Packaging was perfect as I was nervous with other meal deliveries during the Texas 90+ temperatures. I did not have to throw anything out due to thawed ice packs and questionable quality. I would strongly recommend.

We got what we ordered quickly and correctly, so cool beans! We also had good communication from the transport company about when it would arrive so that I wouldn't leave the Fast Bars out on the porch all day. That was a bonus.

Shipment was not delivered on date promised/chosen

The romaine lettuce was brown and wilted upon arrival. Another box’s liquid cups both opened and the contents of the box (all the ingredients for me to cook) were smothered in those liquids. I immediately after opening the box, sent a picture and email to customer service, but got no reply. This is opposite of what is promised on the website for problems.

Quality of food was good. Flavors on dinners especially were a little bland but after I added my own spices they were great. Would prefer that lunch was a little more food and dinner was a little less. Breakfasts were ok. Good quality of food but ok on flavor/nutritional value. Added additional fruit and nutritional supplements to both.

Food arrived on time and was delicious. However, I don’t like receiving it late on Wednesday. I want to do this meal plan during the week. I don’t want it to run into the weekend. The weekend is my when I have more flexible eating with my kids and other family members. We get take out or eat at each other’s homes. A Monday or Tuesday delivery would be better.

My order says it was fulfilled. Never got it. Not a good start at all being my very first order.
