For more than a year, I've been looking for a meal delivery service. I haven't subscribed to any because none met my needs/wants/desires. Finally, I found Nutrition for Longevity which seemed promising. I signed up to be notified when their 5 Day Heat and Serve Vegan plan was available for subscription. Fresh, ready to eat, nutritious food for 5 days. Score! I am absolutely amazed. My expectations have been exceeded. The food was delicious. The freshness and quality was great, even on Day 5. My 2nd box arrived yesterday. The meals are different than the preceding week. Again,the food is great! My only con is solely based on my food preferences. I am not an oatmeal fan. Sadly, the breakfasts have oatmeal in the rotation. Therefore, I don't subscribe to the 3 meal a day plan. Should an option become available without oatmeal, I would definitely subscribe to the 3 meal a day plan. Regarding customer service, I sent an email inquiry via the website at 4:44am (yes, I am an early bird) and received a reply around 1pm the same day. The reply was specific to my account and was not a form letter. Additionally, I received an email when a delay occurred (reportedly due to volume of the Heat and Serve meals). It would have been better for me if they had sent out the email earlier. However, I am not sure of their operating process and at what point they know the meals won't arrive as scheduled. Regardless, I could foresee that might be a concern for someone who scheduled delivery for a particular date or would be making arrangements to be home when the order arrived. COVID-19 has me working from home and not traveling so it has not been problematic or inconvenient. Oh, and they don't charge you until it is actually shipping out. So when there was a delay, I wasn't charged "as scheduled," I was charged according to when they were going to fulfill the order.

The only reason they got one star is because it arrived on time. The food was warm, spilled everywhere and is nothing like the description. Sending back for a refund! What an inconvenience​.

I joined your program after receiving information about your company in my Prolon fasting kit. I felt it would be a nice way for me to continue working towards my fitness goals after the fast. Honestly, I'm very disappointed with quality of the food and the way your website is built. To start, I was unable to order my program on line. I had to call customer service the next day and set it up. I was told there were a few bugs on the site. I was unable to use my 15% coupon on the first week but was offered the discount for the following two weeks. This never made sense to me. Once I started the program Vegan 2 meals a day 1200 calorie I felt dizzy and very hungry for the first three days. I looked closer at the meal boxes and realized the two meals only amounted to between 850 and 950., not 1200. I was sold a 1200 calorie meal plan. When I called customer service I was told again there were problems with your site and the information was not correct on the site and they were working on it. I spoke to a supervisor and she offered to send me some complementary snacks as an inconvenience. When they arrived, almonds and dry fruit and nuts, dried bananas and chocolate both packages were stale. The banana tasted like cardboard and the almonds were very stale. In the last two weeks there have been 3 dinners that were inedible. Tasted as if they were resent. Your program is not expensive but the cost should not sacrifice the taste. Your website states false and very misleading information. You're dealing with people's health and this is unacceptable. After two weeks your site has not been corrected on the calorie count. Very irresponsible.

The quality of the fish was great. Vegetables were old and tired - in the shrimp meal only the shrimp was edible. As for the cod meal, mostly lentils... It certainly did NOT look like the picture in the recipe book once prepared.
