Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience. We understand your frustration, and it definitely sounds like things got off on the wrong foot. We apologize that you received the Libre sensors instead of the Dexcom G7, and that our customer support wasn't able to resolve this for you right away. That's not the impression we want to make, especially at the beginning of your 6-month plan. To ensure we get this resolved quickly and get you the Dexcom G7 sensors you requested, reach out to our support team at [email protected] and ask for Tom for the best solution. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Best regards, Juan your Nutrisense Customer Support Team Lead
