While I like the CGM and the app, the service and consulting has been what keeps me as a fan and customer. The quality of advisors is top notch.

I had a wonderful nutritionist working with me. She offered great suggestions and ideas. I had trouble with the sensors a few times, and the stickers didn't always stay on for 2 weeks. I'd definitely come back for a refresher when needed.

AVOID THIS COMPANY I bought the NutriSense product because I was curious to see how foods affected my blood sugar. I put the sensor on and it immediately tells me I have low blood sugar... This was persistent so I talked to my doctor and she ran a bunch of tests just to learn that this app is MANIPULATING DATA. When my doctor and I looked at the actual data through the sensor and freestyle app, I did not have low blood sugar at all. They refused to let me cancel so I paid $750 PLUS doctors visit and tests just to learn that this company is awful and manipulating data. When I brought up to the company that their app was wrong they tried to lie and say that I needed to stop using the freestyle app immediately. Do not use this, do not give them your credit card info.

The on-boarding process was great, but follow-up with my dedicated nutritionist was even better! I honestly was just going to do the trial and learn a few things and cancel, but I'm learning so much about my body that I would be stupid to cut myself short. I am getting so much more value out of NutriSense than just getting a CGM alone. I'm excited to continue to learn about how my body specifically works and continue to follow the advice of my nutritionist by experimenting with different foods to help me learn how to best fuel my body for workouts, rest and everything in between. Hands down a great decision and it has been a much better experience than I expected.

They require that you get locked into three months with no option to cancel so you’re $750 in before you can see it’s not terribly effective or intuitive and the free dietician will simply copy paste a message with the data you can already see by yourself and not offer any actual helpful insights. My nurse friends were super skeptical. Should have listened! I was really interested in this and hopeful. Ugh.

I figured out that managing blood sugar was a key to health and weight loss. Nutrisense made CGMs accessible for me. The guidance from the nutritionist about how to read my results and how to better manage them was invaluable as well.
