I love using berberine. I take nutriflair berberine 3 times a day before each meal to shuttle carbs to my muscles.

If I could leave zero stars I would..I bought a bottle from this Amazon. The promise a free bottle in exchange only for a POSITIVE review..well I left a positive review then all of a sudden my order, the product is gone..my review is there, but it says product no longer available. HUGE SCAM!!! I do not recommend this company!!

I ordered Nutriflair Collagen capsules to help combat my loose sagging skin. I also ordered it to help with the strength and groth of my hair and nails and some stiifness and pain in my joints. So far, it has been helping with my stiff and aching joints. I haven't noticed a difference in my skin, hair, or nails yet...but I'm hoping to see a difference soon. I will continue taking and will definately be purchasing more soon.
