I love this collagen pills, and I can see the improvement on the forehead wrinkles and general elasticity of the skin already. I have been searching for the collagen complex both 1&2&3 and 5&10 collagen types, and most of the supplements include only 3 types, so I was really excited about this product. I have tried the powder collagen but it is a lie that you can add that stuff to the coffee because I did and it tastes like you are having coffee with egg shells, not pleasant. So I have switches to the pill type and absolutely love it. These pills are fairly small size and easy to swallow, so I didn’t have any problems adding them to my supplement routine. Really loving the results!

I like this product. It appears to suppressing my appetite and I am finding that I am not as hungry and am eating less. I am hoping to lose weight as I continue to take this supplement. I am also aware of the other health benefits of taking this, which is why I will continue to take this product going forward.

I love the mushroom complex because it has the combination of mushrooms I was looking to take for cancer prevention.

Recommend - Had rotator/bicep & back surgery. Feel it's starting to definitely help especially after therapy. Easy to take capsules. No bad aftertaste. Feel good. Overall very pleased. Will be back!!

Works well in dropping weight, but must be careful with carbs.

Makes taking ACV so much easier. It’s helped a lot with digestion. I used to get some heartburn once in a while, haven’t since I started with this. Plus urges to snack during the day have subsided.
