It takes way too long for items to ship. I find it ridiculous that I placed an order for domestic shipping within the US over 7 days ago and it’s still sitting at its origin waiting to be picked up. My last order was lost in the mail. I will be finding an alternative that better handles logistics of their orders…I have never had so many issues with one vendor.

Very difficult to choose the correct shade, even with the shade finder. The color turned out to be too dark and unwearable.
