Redimind from Nutreance did an excellent job at improving my memory, which was not something I expected at all. I had some supplements before but not effective. I just wanted to give a try this one; surprisingly it worked well for me.

I had ordered before a supplement from Nutreance. 1st time it arrived pretty fast from USA to Canada. 2nd time is not working for me. Product was ordered 20 days ago. Tried calling Nutreance. Got a phone number for SeaWorld Photo Inc. I was hung up several time. Had to call FedEx Canada and FedEx International to track my package. I was told, that the seller sent my shipping, by FedEx to Canadian Border, where it is stuck now for 12 days. Seller covered himself with a tracking number while on US territory. With no regard, to me as a buyer, that once it enters Canadian territory, the shipping can not be tracked anymore. It reverts to Canada Mail. Why not send it from the beginning to end with USPS, it would had arrived by now. Like what kind of bs is this? If am not getting my shipping in a week, am calling the bank and get my money back. This is the last time am ordering from this seller. 1*

I spent over $200 on 6th October 2021, to this day I still have not received my order! I’ve been ringing customer service on their 0800 number numerous occasions and the advice given was that I should email the companies customer service! I sent email after email and still no response! Customer service by phone was the worst experience I’ve encountered, twice she hung up on me and said that it’s not her problem! I have been very patient waiting for my order to arrive or for someone in the company to please contact me. When I do get a reply by email all they say is “we sent it”, all I’m requesting is a refund as no package was ever delivered to me. Please be weary about purchasing anything from Nutreance especially if your from overseas. I’m from New Zealand and have phone bills racked up from calling customer service. Take care P. Singh

I am getting the pills regularly from them. My package never gets delayed, it's always on time.

I was concerned about delivery but I got it a day before the estimated time. The support team was helpful to track down the package. The pills I received were perfectly wrapped and reached safely.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Delivered to wrong address and won’t answer my calls or help in anyway. Continuously hanging up on me when trying to get through. No response via email. Do yourself a favour and purchase from another company that values your business. Absolutely abysmal service. -10 stars
