Avoid this company at all costs!
Avoid this company at all costs. I made the mistake of ordering a product for my partner from them without first reading reviews online. During the process of ordering the website tried to automatically add an additional product that was even more $ than the product I wanted, luckily I caught it and removed it before checking out. I then got a bit suspicious, saw a lot of negative reviews of both the product and the company's customer service. I wrote and tried cancelling the original order, and even though it had only been an hour since originally placing the order, I got a very rude and informal reply saying there was no way to cancel. I wrote asking for clarification on what sort of cancellation policy they have for unshipped orders, but did not receive any reply. The item didn't end up shipping for another couple of days, so it doesn't make any sense to me why they couldn't have cancelled the order upon request. At this point, it has been over a month and I still have not received the product, so it is well past the '30 day return' policy they advertise on their website. This unfortunately means I can't properly review the quality of their product, but based on the customer service they provide I am hesitant to even try it. Honestly, I think their business model is to just try and get as much $ as they can from first-time customers without expectation that someone would order from them again, and based on my own experience and what I've read from others it appears they really don't care about their image as a company. Update: Product finally arrived almost 2 months after it was shipped, but was past its expiration date, meaning they shipped it to me less than 10 days before expiry. Wrote and requested a refund and was immediately denied. Have now taken this up with PayPal, hoping for the best.
