customer support is satisfactory if one can actually speak to a person, but ...
Rather than just explain how to return a product for a refund, the Nutreance site instructs customers to either send a message or to call to ask how to return something. I sent an electronic mail, but, having no confidence that it would be answered, I also called; unable to reach anyone, and told that that I could request a call back, I chose to do so rather than stay on the line. Over three hours went by, and so I again asked for a call back. Later, I called again; this time, I stayed on the line, but after being on hold for nearly 12 minutes, I had to give up. I never got either a reply to my message (or even acknowledgement that said message had been received) or a call. On the next day I made more attempts to get through. On the day after that, I finally reached someone named George, who told me what I had to do; but the instructions required me to promptly call Nutreance and give the package's tracking number once I had gotten that from the Post Office, and so I had to go through the process of trying to communicate and being ignored all over again! (Just as before, it was two days before I could talk to a representative.)
