Please do not order from this company, Nutreance. My order was not delivered to me as the tracking status indicated ‘incorrect delivery address’ which I have checked thoroughly that the address which I provided is correct. Written them a few emails but no reply at all. I requested for a refund but they didn’t bother to reply to me. Please DO NOT order from them. They could have taken your monies from your purchased order but did not bother to deliver the products to you! It’s just like being cheated! I never come across such a bad company which never respond at all! I think this is their ‘usual practice’ ignoring customers emails on unsuccessful delivery ! I do not even want to give 1 star, not at all. But we need to at least click a star here in order to give reviews! Don’t get cheated by them. I am based in Singapore. Don’t place any order from them!!!! Stay away from Nutreance!!!

Product did not work, tried to cancel Product and customer service hung up on me 3 times Don't order through this company

I did an order and did payment for 2 bottles of redimind since april 18,2023. I tried to call and send message to the email provided in the site to follow up it many times but no reply receive from your company. It was a very poor service. Your products was recommended by a friend to me but I was disappointed by these experience. I just need a refund if they cannot send my orders at all. But until now they did not reply to me.

CAUTION. I have never come across to customer service department so rude is this one I did not recognize $90 of charges on my account and questioned it. They told me not only would they not refund me they would not take back any product it was purchased they would not give me any information at all but to be that rude and not offer any kind of a solution BEWARE stay away from this company. This company is a scam Ordered product off them They took my money Then I noticed that delivery address was wrong Message them Via email and got a response Referring the address had been changed And had emailed them backwards and forwards many times Sent confirmation that it had been delivered to the wrong address My first email was sent less than 10 minutes after I made purchase Customer service is now trying to blame it on me Do not know how they got the first address Is scam scam I have not received anything

I have never had a customer service person speak to me so disrespectfully. She mocked and ridiculed me. I was flabbergasted. Needless to say I won't be doing any future business with Nutreance. I tried to cancel the order but that wonderful customer (dis)service representative refused to do it. I suggest you don't use the company if you haven't already. They don't deserve to remain in business.

wanted to return a bottle that i received 2 days after i ordered it. came USPS from CT .seemed too quick. never got a conformation when i placed the order,but my credit card was charged. called to return no one called after i left my info ontheir machine called the next day. 20 minutes no one picked up after i punched in code for refund. called and requested to place order picked up on second ring. got order cancelled and was told to return the bottle. went to USPS have reciept to prove i returned. will be looking for credit on my card. seems really sketchy wont try them again.
