My experience in purchasing Hepa Clear for over 1 1/2 years has been excellent. When I order it, I get it. As well, delivery is always on point. As for the product, I like the ingredient quality for use too.

SCAM! Only the "sales" department will answer calls (Lionel specifically). I requested a refund for my order within 30 days of purchase but received no response by phone or to my email. I emailed and called several times only to finally receive a call from Lionel stating that since I was now outside the 30 days that they wouldn't honor the refund. He said to send proof that my request was within 30 days, so I sent the time stamped emails. I followed up again only to be told no refund would be issued. I'm disputing the transaction on my credit card, DO NOT ORDER from this company!

I contacted Nutreance for a refund well within their refund policy as the product was ineffective for me. The product was shipped on Sep 25th/23 and received Oct 3 as I am located in Canada. I emailed several times but had no response. Emails sent Oct 17 & 18. I called customer service Oct 20 and was advised that I must wait for a response to my email and had no reason to worry as I am well within their 30 day refund policy. I emailed again Oct 23 to follow up and was told my request is denied because I am outside of their policy requirements. I had to contact my creditor to dispute the transaction and am awaiting a response. I give 0 stars for product & negative 5 stars if I could for customer service. Update… it’s now Nov 7 and still no refund or response from Nutreance after more than several attempts. Awaiting for my credit card company to resolve the issue. Hoping I will get a refund for approx $350 cad. It is now Nov 21 and I’ve had no response from Nutreance. They do not honour their full money back guarantee. Do not buy this product. It doesn’t work, not to mention you’ll have to contact your bank or credit card company in hopes of getting your refund.

In common with many of the reviewers, I found their product Prostacor, ineffectual and their guarantee worthless, and intended to deceive. They state that the purchaser can 'within 30 days of your original purchase to request a return' and 'we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with every Nutreance purchase'. What Nutreance fail to state is that the 30 day period is from the time they post it and NOT from the time you receive it. In my case, I placed the order on 7 September but did not receive the product till 18 September, 11 days later. I started taking the tablets on19 September, and finished the 30 day supply today. As the tablets did not work in my case, I wrote to them requesting a refund as per their gurantee. Their reply, "This request comes outside the posted 30 day return policy and is denied" The word "posted" was never mentioned in their guarantee "within 30 days of original purchase". I replied that it was unreasonable that the date should start from the date of posting and not the date of receipt. Their reply "What is "reasonable" is subjective". This is absurd! In other words, as the product doesn't work, (despite their extravagant claims), they know that if they actually honoured their 30 day guarantee, and returned refunds, they'd soon be out of business! In my opinion, it is a sham - the product and the company, Nutreance. Steer clear!
