I tried the Prostacor product for men's prostate health. I bought a four month supply to be sure I gave it an adequate time to have any effects. My results with the product after four months was absolutely ZERO improvement. The product was "GUARANTEED" or your money back. When I requested a refund, I got a "hand wave" and a refusal because I was outside the 30-day return period. I think it's a garbage product, that does nothing but rip people off.

I ordered Hepaclear on August 25th received the item. Tried to call on September 20 to return items. L/M for call back never received one. I sent an email on September 21. Never receive an answer. Resent email on September 27. Still no answer, just called again the lady hung up on me. Called again put on hold then the phone disconnect again. Please be aware. Will have to report this company to Better Buisness Bureau.

I never received the product that I order. I called several times and they kept hanging up on me. I order 6 bottles they got payment, but I never got the products. Disappointing that this place turned out to be nothing but a scam!!! Beware of this company who in fact will not help or care about you as a customer!

On Sept 6th I ordered their Glucoven product. Received confirmation I would receive product between Sept 13 and 19. On Sept 21, I sent email asking where product was. They replied starting I was mistaken, i had never had any business with their company. I replied to them giving them order number. They replied saying I had received their product, I went back to them and said no I had not. Got email back saying Nutreance had placed me on their spam list. Called to ask for help. Was told to leave a message. They never called me back. Suggest you avoid this company, they clearly dont care!

Sep 19th 2023 Customer : Marek P 09-01-23 I ordered over the phone the RediMove Natura Joint Support Capsules. The Order Confirmation was never received as it was promised. The charge and received bottle quantity were different from what was discussed when Order was placed. I called Customer Service back 3 times: 01; 07; 15th September: it was a waste of time and my aggravating. I'm very disappointed with the RediMove Customer Service is POOR and DISHONEST

My problem with this company is that they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee from date of purchase. I live on Australia my product took 3 weeks to arrive I took it for 25 days nothing happened, it didn't do anything. I was taking Redimove for arthritis. I asked for a refund.It was denied because the 30 days from date of purchase had lapsed. I called customer service and as soon as I started to express my disappointment, the woman hung up. I wish I had read reviews instead of believing their speel . Never ever again.

The first two nights that I took the product I experienced a bad headache through the night which carried on throughout the day. I never get headaches, and after the second night and day of experiencing this, I knew it had to be a side effect of this product. I contacted them by phone, and left a voice mail, followed up by 3 emails over the course of 4 days, and absolutely no response back from them! I made another call to the company and opted for the "to place an order" prompt, and Henry was very unapologetic about the lack of customer service, and simply told me that I needed to send the product back to get a refund. I hesitate to spend the money to do that, as I don't feel confident that they'll bother to refund my money, and that would just be an additional $10 of loss! These people need to be shut down! Their product may do more harm than good! Who knows what's in this crap! They have no concious!!! How do businesses like this get away with this sort of behavior??

Redimind is useless and Nutreance does not respond. They do not answer phone or email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY1
