I received my order quickly. The products seem to be great quality and the watermelon flavor is great.

Nutrabio has been a tried and true company since the first day I used them. My caffeine pills, pre-workout, protein, ZMA, and any other supplement need can be found. One time I even called while driving over to place and order and picked it up 20 minutes later! It's beyond reassuring to know their are no metals, fillers, and 'fake' ingredients in the products. I am a customer for life, and I challenge anyone to find a better supplement company.

It is incredible top finally find a company that has full disclosure--and at reasonable prices! I'm ecstatic! That being said: cons: the vanilla flavor isn't as strong as I'd like. It's not quite as sweet as some ice tasted, but perhaps that's a result of having no additives (?) which, in that case, is a good trade off. I do wish they offered more flavors in the natural whey protein though... Pros: you can mix this with almost anything, or just with milk and it's still good. It has a great consistency, and doesn't have any nasty aftertaste. Truly a good quality product!

I've been using nutrabio for more than a few years and they've only gotten better with the variety of products available that are not anywhere else. I love these guys!

Hands down, NutraBio products are great... but I've been hot and cold with customer service... Use to be one could get discounts up to 12% with larger orders, or frequent purchases... and buy in bulk discounts... over time, this became more and more inconsistent... we all want a deal! I went to order the end of June, called to see if there were any specials, or upcoming events... Like July 4th... got a no... within 24 hours of ordering, they sent out a promo... I felt cheated... and I've been buying from these guys for at least 6 years! Shortly after, I got a 'preferred customer' link... I'll see the next time I order if there is anything to it... I'm hoping their attempt to let a customer feel like they're getting a deal with a GREAT product will prove to be a worthy marketing tool for both the company and the consumer.

Nutrabio offers pretty much everything you'd want out of a manufacturer's direct site: fast, fair, and inexpensive shipping; clear and simple site navigation; great product descriptions; and of course excellent product quality. I haven't had to use their customer service, but when products have been out of stock, Nutrabio has been good about keeping me up to date and not letting orders fall by the wayside. I especially like that they let you "Favorite" items and list them right on your main account page, making it very easy to reorder stuff. It's something that you never think of missing in a retailer, but is so obvious once you see it done. If I had any complaints, it's that the extreme bulk items seem to run out of stock relatively often, and the lids on those items are especially difficult to open. Again, Nutrabio's been good about keeping me up to date about the order status of out of stock items.

I really like the protein powder I get from Nutrabio. It's easy to mix, and it's fine mixed with water.

Product arrives fast and price is very low.
