I appreciate the ZERO amount of the "other ingredients" in your products. Many people now realize how bad they are for ones body. Other than that, I would like it if you had a suggestion box section. That would open you up to where people are going on their wants and needs.

I really like NutraBio products, especially their high quality, no-filler protein powders. I was turned on to NutraBio through some samples I received, and I ordered some well priced products from the NutraBio website. A day or two after ordering, I received an email letting me know my order was on back-order. It would have been nice to know at the time of ordering that my order was unavailable, but I was given a toll-free number to call in case I wanted to request a different product/flavor. I called during the stated NutraBio hours of business, and was repeatedly told by a recording that I was next in line to speak to customer service. After ten minutes of waiting to no avail, I hung up and just decided to allow the back-order to happen as planned. Hopefully thing improve on the service end in the future, or perhaps NutraBio products will be made available at other supplement outlets.

Purity is the number one most important thing to me when it comes to taking any supplements. NutraBio has that down. It's the only brand I trust for purity. I've ordered A LOT, and I've been happy with all the products I've received. They're awesome! Plus, they are on point with speedy shipping! I'll be a life time customer!

I have purchase the 100% whey protein for the last few months. The good news is that mey teenage boys have enjoyed it and are using it too. The bad news is that me teenage boys are enjoying and using it too. We have the chocolate and it has a wonderful flavor not like many I have used in the past. I have and would recommend the product.

Nutrabio is an awesome sports nutrition company (in the supplement industry since 1996 so obviously they're doing something right). They ship fast, respond to emails/questions extremely fast, their products TASTE AMAZING, etc. I am particularly a huge fan of their protein as well as their preworkout supplements and highly recommend them! They mix well, taste incredible, etc. Honestly, I cannot think of any negative feedback to give Nutrabio.

I like the truthful label and that the products do not contain unnecessary ingredients. For example none of the capsules contain fillers. I would like to see orders shipped the same day if they are received before some time deadline - this does not always happen in my experience. I would also like to see zero shipping cost for ground freight when some minimum order is placed. Overall I trust the quality and service, but would like to see faster, cheaper shipping. Thank you.
