I like super clean proteins and my 2 local stores no longer carried mine, so was offered this to try. It's definitely clean and I liked disclosure of ingredients, but was disappointed when I called company to inquire what the 500 mg of "natural flavors" were. That's a way to mask table sugar because it comes from cane plant, which is natural. Ultimately, was told manufacturer wouldn't disclose that info. Made me a little leery, as it contradicted the thought they knew and disclosed all ingredients. As far as taste, it was too creamy, thick and gritty, with a definite artificial sweetener aftertaste

One time they sent me someone else's order. They said they would send mine expedited and a return label for the incorrect one. UPS was there within 2 days to get my product back, but Nitrabio waited 2 days to shop mine so it's 'expedited' shipping arrived 6 days later. This was after calling a second time about the error because they did not return my first phone call.

Both things I originally ordered were on back order. My first using this product, hopefully not a trend. Able to change order after calling customer service, good customer serve. To early to give my opinion how product is working for me. Shake taste and mixes good.

PROS- Wonderful product! Have been a long time customer due to the incredible quality of every product I have purchased over the years. CONS- Being from Canada, the exchange rates, and the overall shipping costs is a major issue, everything becomes too expensive. I feel somethings needs to be done with the shipping costs. People from US do not have such shipping costs, while at times the company also provides deals, like free shipping for people living in US. I feel international customers should also get these privlidges, or at least loyal long time customers. Somethings needs to be done about this!

I've used nitric oxide extreme and BCAA in the past. Tried the pre workout and post workout with my last order. Although I got good energy from the Pre for a short period of time. Maybe 15 mins I get more alert. I also have not noticed much of a pump and I am quite surprised by that. 3/5 days I have taken it this week I have started gagging and almost puked during workout. At first I thought I was getting a bug But took 2 days off it than last 2 same thing. Something must not agree with me that in it. Post workout is great formula and nice that everything you need is in 1 scoop. Disappointed in the Pre so far. Customer service is exceptional.

please people try to have the isolates in stock this is not the first time I had backorder for protine isolate.

I requested that the product be sent through the USPS, but instead it was sent UPS, who doesn't deliver to me. So the product has been sent back. If one asks for delivery notes, you would hope one would read and follow those notes.

I had placed an order i believe the 15th of the month & had to call to see where the order was on the 21st. Rep stated they called & sent an email neither of which i got. besides that, shipping was quick after i called them.
