Hello Ryan, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that all of your items didn't arrive at the same time. We ship ahead all available items so that the rest of your order is not being held up. We send out emails as notifications instead of calls as we know that people are working and busy. The majority of our customers communicate via email, however we know that everyone do not use email. At any time you would like to be communicated via phone and not email, at the end of checkout leave us a message in the shipping notes to give you a call with all up dates and we will certainly do so. I was able to review your order and I do not show that anything was cancelled and refunded to you. Your protein was on backorder and it was recently shipped out on 9/8/15 via UPS.
