This is with your partner company Amazon. I ordered 2 new panels from Nurzviy.com and amazon fulfills these orders. Well the first "panel" arrived except it was some random item in a very obviously not solar panel box. While this did get rectified (maybe the panel has not arrived yet.) it took a few days to get it straightened out. Well... yesterday the other panel came (also delivered be Amazon) and it's used... this is sooooo not ok.

I have tried multiple.times to contact this company. The phone is disconnected. They don't respond to emails. The installation instructions were pretty much non existent. Trouble shooting guide ineffective. I have not been able to contact anyone
