Terrible customer service. Will charge your card for no treatment, or service. I had to contact my bank to have them dispute this transaction multiple times, despite me writing to nurx to cancel my service ahead of charges. Declined refund. Very poor company I would use a different tele health company instead, there are dozens.

I started Nurx when apostrophe shut down. I appreciated their effort to find a solution for me that was closest to my Apostrophe rx, listened to my needs, and meds arrived fast! I’ve used them ever since and it continues to be extremely convenient and I highly recommend.

My experience has been smooth and nothing but nice customer service when I wasn’t happy with the prescription I was on. I chatted with the team and they came up with a new prescription. It was seamless. It’s mailed right to my home. Highly recommended.

I have been with Nurx since they took over. I love the reliability of shipments on time and in 3 month supplies. The only downfall is that my insurance is not accepted so I pay the $45 out of pocket (which is still cheaper than feminine products and midol for 3 months). They've always communicated any changes to my prescription and needed updates and in a timely fashion.
