Doctors are easy to work with, and online prescriptions are super convenient. I use several online pharmacies for my family and Nurx has the easiest websites for managing your account. It's easy to communicate with them, update your account, pause prescriptions. I've been using Nurx for 3 years now and have no complaints.

Nurx is expensive considering how long it can take for someone to reply, how my doctor or np changes every time I message and how much the cost of medication is without insurance I don’t think $79 a month is reasonable

There’s ALWAYS a $3 “support fee for non-clinical services provided by NuRx.“ You get charged this stupid fee EVEN IF YOU DO NOT USE the “non-clinical services“ (e.g. chat services, etc..). Additionally, this fee is charged EVERY SINGLE time your prescription, that’s written by a NuRx provider, is filled(even if it is filled at a local pharmacy). THE ONLY UPSIDE is that you’re charged $3 no matter how many prescriptions you have through NuRx.. but it is stil a stupid fee..

Genuinely love using Nurx and having easy access to my birth control and providers when I need to ask questions! I’ve been recommending it to anyone who needs affordable birth control!

I was left without treatment and feeling totally exposed because my medication was delayed by a full week. The most startling thing is how little communication there is. Customer service is not a top priority for this company, as evidenced by the fact that no one contacted me to alert me to the delay.
