I love everything about Nurx, but a while back they changed it where you can't change the date your refill is. I used to be able to if I didn't have the money yet or had enough pills to move it forward. Now it tends to put me in a financial bind when it comes out my bank.

I've used Nurx for several years and its consistently been the fastest, easiest, and most affordable way to get birth control. Nurx providers are always responsive any time I have a question or concern, and Nurx has been more effective at working with my insurance than any doctor I've used. Truly a great service.

They require a mandatory intake consultation fee even when they do not offer the services you are seeking then refuse to refund you. Scam company with predatory behavior. They didn't even review my intake paperwork either (which they claim is the reason they could not refund me) in any meaningful way. Without giving away too much of my personal medical information, it is clear to me they didn't bother reading through the intake they required me to complete or they would have asked about the history I disclosed. Instead, I received a generic response that they only offer mental health services and couldn't treat me for the reason I contacted them for. They then refused to refund me and after now researching reviews and complaints on the BBB, it's apparent this is a common practice of theirs. Medical providers with predatory behavior like this should be ashamed of themselves.
