I love the fact that I didn't have to re apply every month. I also appreciate that they send me a text or email when they charge my card for the next shipment.

Had a consultation to get prescribed birth control. The same day I received a message that there were issues with my insurance, to which I responded asking to adjust information. Somehow, the customer service assumed this meant to cancel my entire order, to which I received multiple confusing messages, no communication about such, and had to ask the same questions several times to even be told that it was canceled. They did not even acknowledge that several different staff members messed up and did not even process a refund until I directly pointed out their mistakes. Do not trust this company to provide you birth control or any prescriptions unless you want to actively feel like you're being scammed and ignored.

They ask for your preferred name but ever since roe v wade was over turned they address me as my government name which I do not identify with. It’s the illusion of inclusion without any of the effort. Super not trans friendly.

I love them because getting birth control is easy and affordable, I dont have to go to the obgyn to get them. They are mailed directly to me. I also love that they send me an email 2 weeks before they send them. It helps with my budget incase I have to pause that month.

I have used nurx since the pandemic, and it has steadily just been going down hill since. It’s easy, it’s convenient, but since the merger with another subscription service, several things in the app no longer work.
