My package was lost in the mail and they took forever to respond via chat. I had to call in today to get them to send a replacement to the pharmacy and ended up paying $51 out of pocket on top of the $45 I paid for my original pack. Weeks and $96 later I have a birth control pack. This is possibly the worst customer service AND it’s for something more important. There needs to be changes.

They changed my meds. I asked them to change it back and got no response. Not happy about it. I was even told the change request would be addressed next time and it wasn't.
