It's a great website. I use it for my pathway class since we have to do 50 questions every other week. It gives you rationales for all answers which is very helpful and it also shows you the ones you got wrong or right so you can test on those incorrect questions again.

The tests are enjoyable and really improves my critical thinking and choosing the best answer for a certain situation. The rationalizations are great also.

This is definitely what every aspiring nurse should be reading. It will surely help you to become a registered nurse. Their materials are easy to use and understand. Great study guide. 100% highly recommended!
