Thank you for your feedback, Diane. We are happy to hear that you are excited about our program and are sorry to hear about the issues you have been having with logging out. We checked our system and noticed that you are practicing on a mobile device. Generally we keep everyone signed in after the purchase, so there is no need to log out and log back in every time you come to practice but if you prefer to log out, you would just need to click on "Log out" option which can be accessed through the 'hamburger' menu in the top right corner of your device. If you prefer to stay signed in, but your session seems to always be timing out, please check and ensure that your phone is saving your passwords, so that you don't have to log in every time.
