Had teenage daughter in panic 2 days ago when no order received when placed in early April with comments on this site that website had disappeared and a total scam. She had also been unable to locate the item with the tracking number provided. Managed to do some detective work and contacted them via other means. Almost immediate reply with an apology and explanation that they had been overrun with orders. They had pulled the site temporarily but planned to post an explanation on page which I now see has been done. The tracking number that had initially been given they also apologised for as was incorrect and sent link to new confirming that it had arrived in Heathrow. Checked link again this morning advising it was collected by courier that day and in fact has just been delivered by Royal Mail this morning. So can’t actually fault their customer service. They were so apologetic and polite. They’re obviously under a lot of pressure as a small business and with COVID and shipping from the Far East explaining the delays. I can imagine they didn’t predict the increase in orders due to people looking for alternative activities in lockdown either. Really hoping you all receive your items soon. Updated 26th May 2020: Received a couple of weeks ago. Daughter completed and showed us today. Absolutely amazing. Very pleased and well worth the wait. Thank you Numeral Paint!

THIS ONLINE WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! And do not believe the positive reviews as they are from the same fraudsters. I placed an order since January and they still have the audacity to try to justify not refunding my money. The fraudster who "plays" the role of customer service representative is pathetic. He/she actually emailed me "You should have contacted us earlier". I had constantly contacted them. Then they offered either a refund or sending the item again. I obviously said refund. Then they said their system now magically showed the item delivered to my post office even though 2 days prior the lie was they couldn't find any details from their courier because it's been too long. My post office says the fracking number doesn't exist. I told them to prove it had arrived. AND.......silence!

I ordered a paint kit on April 9th, its now May 14th and now they not only shut down their website but say not to contact them. I’ve been in contact and they have sent me two different links to my supposed shipping info. At least one is false. According to the USPS the third party shipping partner who supposedly has it is Newgistics. I filed a BBB complaint against Newgistics yesterday and will for numeral paint today but would love to know what else I can do since they aren’t legit companies anyway so that won’t mean anything to them.

Oh no!!! I have spent £56 British ponds with this company, ordered early May, wondered why I had not got a confirmation email. Went to visit website and now it doesn’t exist. Sooo, disappointed, was looking forward to doing 2 Harley Davidson pics, this was the only site I could find Harley Davidsons on, ADD ON. Web site appeared back with Covid message. I emailed, I had a prompt response explaining processing and shipping times, I’m quite happy with this. Here’s hoping. I will add on to this msg when it has arrived

I ordered a painting early in April. It took a month and a half to arrive. When it did arrive, I found that literally NONE of the paint is ordered by number. There is some weird reference sheet that says “if the paint tube says 7269 the number it corresponds to is 3.” ??? I paid $20 to do this and they did NOTHING to prepare for me. Also the paints are individual and not connected so it is an absolute mess trying to organize. Don’t order from here ever.

Scam artist. I bought 5 painting kits. Never received. Their website disappeared. Taken offline for a few. After several emails back and forth. Im shocked they canceled my order and I got my money back. Thats the only good thing that came out of it.

Ordered mine back on 04/11 and still didnt recieve. Their website is gone. Ugh. What a scam.

UPDATE.... as of May 19th. I see that my tracking number is now moving along. It took about a month to do so though. But seems to be updating and is headed here from China. Just wanted to update everyone! I ordered a paint by numbers painting around the beginning of April. Their website was awesome and ran really well. I read that it might take some time to receive the painting but it’s now been about a month and still no painting. Not only that but now there is NO WEBSITE. Great. So I have to dispute the charge now through PayPal. Ugh.
