Terrible service! I ordered on March 30! Just receiving some of my order! Only one of my canvases came! I received wood about 3 weeks ago so I now see that was the frame to my painting! It came without the frame attached! Never received my other painting that was a custom picture and it cost more! Do not order from these people! I will be requesting a refund!

Ordered more than 7 weeks ago and nothing arrived since.. They should tell you beforehand that delivery is over 3 months (!!!) , and not to find out by yourself.... Fake and lousy way to earn money... Don't buy from here is my advice. Now hoping this product even arrive..

I wish I had seen these reviews on Numeral Paint before getting scammed myself! I ordered about AUD$90 worth of paint by numbers on the 15/04/2020 and did not receive an invoice after my order. That should have been my first clue. I have emailed them several times and have not received a response or tracking number for my order...another RED FLAG! This company is definitely a scam. I have emailed them again and if I do not hear back I will be reporting them. Update: After emailing this company 3 times I finally got a response with a tracking number and a few days later received my parcel. I ordered 3 different paint by numbers, they are not individually wrapped so all the paints are mixed up. Just Glad I got my order after waiting so long.

I would actually give this zero stars. I ordered my paint by numbers back in March and still have not received it. I have sent several emails to customer support and only get vague responses that aren’t helpful. They just keep telling me to wait 5-10 business days. This days come and go and I send another email and get the same response. How long as I suppose to wait?! This was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift and I figured buying in MARCH I was safe. The latest tracking info is that it’s been sitting in some facility in LA since mid April with no movement. The latest email I sent again said wait 5-15 business days. Also In every email I’m asking for a phone number to call and they have never given me one. Clearly I’ll never get my order and I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible!

wish I could honestly put 0 stars. I ordered a custom one April 1st and still have not received it. I have emailed them 3 different time and every time they tell me it will arrive in 2-5 days. They send me tracking links and they do not work. Quite ridiculous, strongly recommend NOT BUYING FROM THEM

I choose this company over the others during these times. Why? because they provide lot of paintings and the quality of their product is very good! I see people here complaining about customer support. In my experience, they reply within 48hours which is good for me regarding to what is happening in the world right now.

I ordered some items 2 months ago, and I have not received anything. Very disappointing. Lesson learned - I will never shop online again. Hopefully my money will go to someone who really needs it. Irene from Denmark

I ordered 2 custom in early April and expected a long wait given the current situation. At the end of April I read some reviews and began to worry. I contacted the company by email, requesting to cancel because of doubts on quality. They advised the product was ready to ship and assured me there wouldnt be any issues. I was sent tracking details later that day. The kits arrived yesterday and they are fantastic....! Thank you numeralpaint
