I ordered a custom painting and was really satisfied with the results. What was important to me was that the colors were true to life...which they were. I had a bad experience with another site in which the colors were way off. Any questions I had were answered immediately. I also ordered the Magnifying Glass which was really helpful. In this Covid environment I was surprised that shipping was so fast. I will definitely be ordering again.

This was our first experience with this co. We had a communication problem which was resolved in the correct way. We are thrilled with our order and would recommend this company fully. Great product !

receiving my paintings there was a couple of discrepancies with the paint, however after emailing customer service I got an almost immediate response and the problem has been sorted within a couple of days! Excellent service, professional and polite, even in these challenging times. Overall, very happy with the service!

The numeralpaint is such a creative product, my daughter enjoyed the painting very much...Unfortunately she lost the color chart before she finished her "artwork", I mailed customer service and they sent me the chart through email very soon. Very appreciate the excellent service from Numeralpaint team!

As of right now they only get a 2 and that’s being nice!! I ordered my pbn on June 1st and here we are on August 5th and my tracker says it’s just left China 🤦🏻♀️. Ridiculous! On site it says USA will take up to 20 days w covid going on, try OVER 2.5 months and still waiting.... go with a different site and check reviews before ordering!

I ordered my PBN kit in April and did not recieve it until August 3, 2020. COVID-19 craziness! From the time I ordered it to receiving my product, Numeral Paint communicated with me on where it was. It had been in COVID-19 jail in China and then in pandemic jail in Texas. They always returned my emails and never ignored me. After all this is over, I will buy from them again. Numeral Paint has many beautiful paint-by-number kits to pick from.
