I placed an order for two projects in April. They took forever to arrive and when they did, someone took it upon themselves to replace one with an ugly dead rose painting. I contacted the vendor who promised to replace it immediately. That was in May and I still don’t have it. I asked to cancel my order and refund my credit card but was told I couldn’t cancel because it had already reached the US. It’s been in Los Angeles since August 6 but no one knows where or when I will receive it. Extremely poor business operation, bordering on a scam. I will be reporting this to BBB and disputing the charge on my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Received the frame seperate and got sent instructions on how to stretch my canvas, and all the questions i had got answered great service

Absolute nightmare of a company. I have sent them a picture of my paint that arrived FOUR TIMES and asked them to clarify if my paint pots are labelled correctly or not. Who ever is replying to my emails has still Not answered my question. All I have asked for Is a simple YES or NO .

Received my order and realised I was missing 2 paint pots. So I got in contact and they sent them to me straight away and kept me updated throughout until they arrived with me. Very good customer service

I placed my first order. It arrived in a timely manner. I had a few questions and contacted customer service. They were extremely responsive, and answered my questions quickly. I was very pleased with the paint by numbers kit and customer service.

Painting by numbers is a great way to kill time during Covid. I had a great experience with this company. Even when I messed up on my order. Takes about 2 weeks to get your stuff but worth the wait when you get it.
