This is an amazing product. Very high quality. I was so pleased when it arrived and I can safely say it is well worth the money. It did take a little while longer then expected to arrive, however I don’t think this was the company’s fault. When I emailed asking where my item was they were very friendly and helpful, and offered to send out a new one. Would highly recommend!

Really good service, kept me upto date

I ordered May 1 and got email on May 3 that I forgot to upload a picture. I uploaded the picture on May 9 and on May 10 the picture couldn't be used because the picture being a collage had is too many details and faces. June 1 I emailed them to inquire about the new picture that I sent on May 10 they hadn't gotten back with me on. I sent out another pic on June 2. No response, so I'm thinking everything is ok. I asked for a refund on June 24 and didn't hear back so I went online and filled out their contact form. Now they are claiming that they emailed me on June 4 a response and I opened it. I may have erased it and not seen it if it was sent to my email. Now the picture I sent isn't sharp enough but artist must have printed it out and no one even tried to email me again to double checked that I opened the email. I can get refund but $10 will be taken for the artist fee and service fee. These people have no ideal what they are doing. If a picture doesn't work they need a better system to inform customers. I doubt that they even printed out or made anything. I will never order from them again. May 1-June 30 almost two months to get a paint by number w/frame is just too long. Poor follow up and horrible communication.
