NumeralpaintReviews of numeralpaint.com

The product is exactly as described. The company responded to my questions quickly including shipment status. I haven’t started painting yet but I’m excited by the way everything looks.

Have waited over a month for my order. Tracking has not been updated in a week. I can’t get a response or a refund from the company. Please beware when ordering from them.

When I didn’t receive a tracking number I contacted the company for help. Got a response within a day and received my order in about a week and a half. I’m very pleased with my order and the quick service.

got delivered, but the picture to paint (they provided exact match with canvas outline in the set) doesn't look like picture on the website. I got girl on the plane, but the canvas has no gradual colour edges - just chunks of colors to paint which doens't look good - and also plane is very difficult to distinguish on that painting. I was so excited and honestly, expected it not to be exactly same, but not sooooo bad. Disappointing :(

This is my first time using numpaint. They have been wonderful to deal with. I really like the canvas and the paint is great.

Great experience with these guys. They were very helpful when I lost my paint sheet and sent me another. Good customer experience (and fun painting)!

Great experience the photo I uploaded looks beautiful. I can’t wait to paint it. Customer service went above and beyond.

I love Modern Paint by numbers! They use only quality canvas and the imprint of the images are clear and legible. The acrylic paint is creamy and just the right thickness. The paint covers the numbers with only one application. The paint pots are also full unlike others. The images are never distorted and what you order is what you get. It usually takes 3 weeks to receive your kit once you place your order. They provide you with confirmation of purchase and a tracking number. I have purchased kits from other companies and have found their canvas to be cheap, unable to read the numbers, paint is dry and thick. I often would just throw the product away because it was a usable. I was always very disappointed because I paid good money for these kits. On one occasion I had to contact customer support. One of my paint kits came opened in the paint was missing. They responded the very next day and solved an issue quickly. I’m extremely happy with their paint kits and I will continue to support this company by purchasing more in the future.
