I work at a tax office for a state agency. We call the business owners to verify the account details. Every one of the applications we get have wrong information. They are using invalid addresses for location and mailing. I have one now with someone listed as the owner and they stated they never owned the business. The account is delinquent and this person would be held accountable for tax and late fees. We send emails to the address on file to them and never have had a response to correct any account. When we can't contact the true owner, the account could be closed and prevent the true owner from using the certificate. This company needs to call all tax agencies in every state for the proper registration instruction.

This company claims to provide white glove service for sales tax processing. I am lucky that I never signed up for service based upon what I am reading about other customers experiences. I originally thought I found the best provider in the market. I went through the sales process with an excellent one hour conversation learning about the their services. The sales rep never followed up with me and never sent me a template import csv file for testing. I went over the sales person and reached out to Sam who is his manager and one of the Founders of the company to see if I could get anywhere. Crickets..... I have to assume based upon my little experience and the reviews online that this company is going nowhere.
