Customer Service is non-existent. Only e-mail support is available, it takes days for someone to reply. No phone support (ironic). I have received no phone calls for 4 consecutive days (after averaging 30+ calls every day the prior month). Number Garage response (2 days later); "Can you provide examples of the phone calls you are not getting"? Seriously ??
No way to escalate support issues. They don't seem to care that customers have issues.
Unbelievably bad service.
Update: Number Garage finally replied to my e-mail (from 6 days ago). Their response " You need to log into Number Garage's Call Log section to view your calls. I provided a screen capture of the NumberGarage Call Log screen. I cannot attach it here. I'll update when they reply back to me next week,

Kevin, thanks for your honest feedback here. I know you ran into some complications with our sister company, NumberGarage. For NumberBarn, you're right, we don't have phone support and our email support team responded to you within 4 hours from the first day you wrote in. That's all water under the bridge, I understand, and I see that this situation is still ongoing with our support supervisor. You're in good hands with her, and we'll get to the bottom of this with you.

I tried to use the service
I tried to use the service, but very poor customer service. Some email bot that didn't work. I don't think they are going to IPO anytime soon.
Response from NumberBarnOct 8, 2019
Hi Robert. Looks like you were having some challenges completing the sign up. Always a bummer when something goes wrong. With no other customer reports of sign-up issues, we replied and tried to get some information and determine what pesky error may have been causing you frustration (browser, incomplete information, internet, etc). Two of our non-bot team members (comprised mostly of humans, and a couple of pigs), reached out to help you in the hopes of solving the problem. Unfortunately, our questions were left unanswered and our humanity questioned. Which we have to add, stings a little bit. We'll do better in humanizing our boring tech speak if you'd like to try this again. Our team has replied to your earlier email again and we're awaiting your reply so we can get your number ported.

Beware of Bait and Switch Pricing
I am highly upset that a number I purchased for $19 was later canceled by numberbarn....They said after I inquired several days later that I would have to choose an alternate number due to algorithm errors, but the number is still available and the price was switched to $1,234.75 ! .... this bait and switch type business is awful and I cannot believe that this is allowed, and someone, whether by a member of management, or higher up, should make this right and take care of us with the original pricing
Response from NumberBarnOct 9, 2019
Farrel, we are terribly sorry to hear that your experience with us was not as you expected and that you feel there was a bait and switch. That is certainly not the impression we want to give you. We take phone numbers seriously since numbers hold a lot of true value for many people.
NumberBarn is a marketplace for multiple vendors and carriers. Our database is live and is constantly updating. We don't own all the numbers. We provide a public portal to millions of numbers that were at one time buried. As we were attempting to acquire the number on your behalf, which was listed for $19 at the time with a mainline carrier, another large vendor already laid claim to it. We perform a secondary check on availability when a customer selects a number for registration for this very reason, because numbers move swiftly in this industry. Because the number had already been assigned to another vendor, we had no choice but to cancel the order. If there was any record of you ordering it first, we would have awarded the number to you, however, the number was not acquired through our system so we have no recourse. It simply was not available when we went to secure it for you.
We hate when this happens and can understand your frustration. The new vendor that acquired the number is, likewise, a reseller in the NumberBarn Marketplace. Once activated, they listed it for sale at a higher price because it spells out a word and is a vanity number. This demonstrates how NumberBarn doesn't attempt to maximize dollars, or scrape all the numbers ourselves; otherwise, we would have just secured the number without listing it for $19.00. If we were simply interested in maximizing profit we would have just listed for a higher price to begin with. However, NumberBarn never owned the number, and we are not listing it for a higher price, a reseller is. It was, unfortunately, bad timing.
This doesn't take away from the fact that you can no longer get the number for the original price. As much as we would love to honor the original price for you we cannot as the number pricing has increased for us as well. We hope you understand and if you want to take us up on finding an alternative number we are always happy to assist you, and offer a credit of $100 to your account as an incentive to try NumberBarn again.

Numberbarn debited my bank account but…
Numberbarn debited my bank account but has not given my order. I emailed customer service for status of my order and/or refund. Nothing so far.
Response from NumberBarnMay 24, 2019
Hi D.R.,
NumberBarn does not charge you until your order is completed and your phone number is in your account. If you were charged, then your order should be complete. We do email out notifications when the status of your order changes, so you should be getting those sent to the email address you used at sign up. Our support team responds to every email we receive, so I'd like to figure out what is going on. You can contact us through the contact form on our site, in your account, or by sending an email directly to [email protected]. Please reach out through one of those channels and we can work with you on your number order.

STRONGLY DO not recommend
STRONGLY DO not recommend! I placed order days ago for a "Get it Now" phone number and still no phone number. I also emailed several times and no response. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.
Response from NumberBarnFeb 20, 2019
Hi Pan,
NumberBarn almost immediately sent you an email requesting some further information about your number order that we did not get a response to. I do see we have also responded to all three of your support tickets in a timely manner, but it appears your email provider is blocking our emails from reaching you. We are getting the following response when our emails bounce back:
550 5.7.1 Policy rejection on the target address
You may want to check with your email provider/support as it seems you are not receiving our email correspondence. When you get it figured out, let us know as we are still holding your number for you :)
